2. Website
When visiting arizo.ch, technical logs (IP address, time, page called) are generated at the hosting. Language and colour scheme are stored as a preference (arizo-lang, arizo-theme, one year). There is no reach measurement and no cookie banner.
3. Chat window
Messages in the public chat are processed to reply and, where needed, hand over to a person. An address left there is used for the handover, not as identity.
4. Account
For the console: email, workspace, session (Supabase). Signing in sets session cookies on /login and /admin.
5. Recipients
Anthropic (answers), Vercel (Frankfurt, hosting), Supabase (Zurich, database and sign‑in), Resend (email). See Sub-processors.
6. Retention
Workspace data remains for as long as the account exists or legal duties require it. Support-chat content is deleted no later than 12 months after the conversation ends. After successful delivery to the configured support archive, the local copy is deleted after 30 days. Billing-relevant records follow Swiss retention duties.
7. Rights
Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection to the extent granted by applicable law. Requests by post to the controller. Supervisory authority: FDPIC; where the GDPR applies, the competent EU authority.
8. Changes
We update this notice when processing or law changes. The version on this page applies.
